I've had an interest in nature since I was a kid. I always loved exploring the backyard and seeing what I could find. I also loved to read about nature; dinosaurs, sharks, and insects were of particular interest.

iNaturalist has been my introduction to identification. I mostly look at waterfowl, including hybrids, aberrants, and domestics. I'm also owner of the Blond Mallards and The Long Necks projects. Please to join if you're interested!
