I'm a professional ecologist specializing in wildlife biology, mainly herps and birds.

It's been an interesting life pursuing a career in biology, with stints in wildlife rehab, outdoor education, and environmental stewardship. I hold degrees in Wildlife Biology (BSc) and Environmental Biology (MSc) from the University of Guelph and serve as Vice President for South Peel Naturalists' Club. I am proud to currently work in environmental consulting, which allows me to study many different species across Ontario from the Far North down to the Great Lakes.

My greatest enthusiasm lies with our native reptiles, which could always use a helping hand in conservation. For this reason, I manage the Herps of Mississauga project: https://inaturalist.ca/projects/herps-of-mississauga.
